The view was exceptionally good. Breakfast was awesome. - Beds were exceptionally comfortable. - the room was absolutely perfect with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV set with satellite channels. - the stunning and incredible location was a short walk to Caldera Beach.

Stunning views from an immaculate apartment; served by warm and hospitable staff who went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was fabulous. Two teenage daughters gave it rave reviews. Very high recommendation.
As with many villas in Santorini, there are many steps which could be awkward for someone with mobility challenges.

Had 3 days in Akrotiri, spending our time here lovely. The restaurant was very nice for lunch or dinner, we ordered healthy dishes. It had awesome views of the sun going down. The pool was nice, the staff was accommodating and amazingly kind. It was in a stunning location just close to Caldera Beach.

The million dollar view of the famous caldera, Fira and Oia was simply breathtaking! We didn't get tired of it even after 6 days. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the owners are very friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Internet in the room and even at your doorstep so you can enjoy the view while keeping in touch with friends and family.
We loved everything about the hotel! The only thing they are missing is a pool, which is not essential because of the nearby beach (5 minute walk), but would be nice to have during an extended stay like ours on days when you just want to relax.

Nice views. Nice rooms. Frendly staff. there is a beach down the clife if you are ready for a 5min climb (each direction).
No swiming pool - make sure you don't care for it in a hot summary day.

The staff was very friendly and helped us to solve cash problems and even gave us fresh Santorini tomatoes as a good-bye gift. And all this even though we only stayed one night! The view from the rooms are unbelievable, especially early in the morning. The room was very tidy and generous in size.

Fantastic view.
1. The two-bed rooms have a common veranda-not mentioned before booking. 2. The two-bed rooms had a severe problem with mould (windows were fully open when arrived but the smell was distinctive). 3. The room was full of centipedes and slow-worms (not romantic at all!). 4. Poor cleanliness of the room. 5. Not professional and reliable manager: He insisted that was not aware of the insects, although WC windows around the hotel were covered with insect-net, and lied to us in order to catch a more expensive room (No 12) saying that we would probably stay until the evening (by paying our portion) although he knew that he had already booked the room to some Canadian travellers. 6. Very poor breakfast (e.q., you have to ask for water!). 7. Very steep road for the parking. 8. The WC of the advertisement photos do not look like the WC we had!!!
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
